Dr Richard Glover’s portrait CD Logical Harmonies on the Another Timbre label has been garnering great reviews: ‘These are seven extraordinarily wonderful compositions’ states the on-line critic Brian Olewnick who described the work Imperfect Harmony as “a stunningly great work”. Reviewer Philip Clark in The Gramophone writes that the CD ‘marks the emergence of a new voice with something important to say’. John Eyles, in All about jazz, writes that all seven tracks on Logical Harmonies are ‘utterly compelling’ and he adds that the record label Another Timbre has ‘has hit upon a reliable source of new compositions – Huddersfield’.

The two solo piano pieces from the CD, ‘Logical Harmonies 1 and 2’, were performed by pianist Andrew Lee in Texas in February, and Lauren Redhead is performing his solo organ piece ‘Organ Harmonies’ as part of her Sound and Music national tour in London in March.
